this guy could pass for a natural alto voce. I've got to say that the combination of classical and contemporary music blends well in this piece, which does not occur often enough.

Definition of pompous: this comment - "It's nothing more than a shallow pop-culture scene of a classical piece." I think Verdi would be thrilled that his music is being exposed to those who might not have a few hundred bucks to go sit with pompous stiffs at today's opera house!
